ICONIC Hotel Digha

It's actually super far from the exact sea 🙂 it's not 1km and from the room to the services everything seems horrible 🙂 our experience was really bad 🙂 guys if u r booking online just letting u know that this hotel is really far from sea and pool is just of 4ft what?? And according to the process the room and service was horrible waste of money and u r gonna feel horrible 🙂

Baaler hotel.. food service is too bad.. they warned us that the restaurant will shut down at 2.30.. so we reached at the restaurant at 1.50 but they served the foods at 3.15.. the food tastes worst.. and also when we ask about the food multiple times.. all they said to wait for 2 mins.. We also asked for a extra jug of water..but they denied us to give that.. also..they served us wrong food.. which we didn't ordered.. a great experience at hotel CHODNA 🥰

It was my first visit at this hotel. It is not just beside the main road but we are happy as it was peaceful. Rooms are neat and clean and the service is very good. Hotel members are helpful. The best part was the lift. Our room was on the second floor and the lift was useful for us. The first day breakfast was good. In the evening they prepared Deshi Chicken for us and it was mind blowing. We were there on Thursday and Friday and the AC room rates are fair enough paying just Rs 1950 each day. The swimming pool was huge and very clean. There was a small pool attached to the big pool for kids. Really a 5 rated experience. Just one suggestion: Please keep enough soaps and shampoo for the guests. Wifi signal is not strong enough in the rooms. So, please work on that.

It was a horrible experience. While staying for two days they were short of laundry, toiletries and other basic facilities. The rooms were not at all clean. The behaviour of the staff was not polite. The cook did not have any basic idea of cooking. They used to serve us cold food as their microwave was not in working condition. The location was far away from the new digha beach and everytime the Toto fare made our trip costier. I personally with my family & kid had a bad experience and strictly don't recommend this hotel.

While the food may not live up to the hype, the staff's excellent behavior and the hotel's facilities more than make up for it.
